All products sold by Lingorica are digital ebooks delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. This policy describes how your purchases are delivered and how to access them.

1. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, an automated order confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout. This email contains your secure download link(s) for the purchased ebook(s) in PDF and EPUB formats. Delivery is typically instant. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes due to payment processing or high demand.

2. Download Links

Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. We strongly recommend downloading your ebook files promptly upon receipt and storing them securely on your preferred device or in cloud storage. If your link expires before you have downloaded your files, contact us at contact@lingorica.com with your order number and we will reissue your download at no charge.

3. Failed or Missing Delivery

If your order confirmation email has not arrived within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If it is not there, contact contact@lingorica.com with your name and the email address used at checkout and we will locate your order and resend the download link within one business day.

4. Re-Downloads

Your purchase history is stored in your Lingorica account. Registered customers can re-download their purchases at any time by logging into their account and visiting their order history. If you purchased as a guest and need to re-download a title, contact contact@lingorica.com with your order number and we will assist you.

5. File Formats

Every Lingorica purchase includes both PDF and EPUB formats. PDF files can be opened with any standard PDF viewer. EPUB files are compatible with Kindle (via the Kindle app), Apple Books, Kobo, Google Play Books, and all major EPUB readers. A full device compatibility guide is available on our How to Read page.

6. No Physical Shipment

Lingorica does not ship physical products of any kind. All purchases are digital and delivered electronically. If a physical shipping fee appears on your order in error, please contact contact@lingorica.com immediately and we will correct and refund the erroneous charge.

7. Product Updates

Where a significant update or revised edition of a purchased ebook is released, existing customers will be notified by email and provided with access to the updated file at no additional cost. Minor corrections and formatting updates are applied silently and will be reflected in any subsequent download of the file.
