All products sold by Lingorica are digital goods — downloadable ebook files. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.

1. General Policy — Digital Products

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our products, all sales are final once a download link has been issued or made available. We are unable to accept refund requests based on change of mind, dissatisfaction with content after reading, or incompatibility with a specific third-party device or application not referenced in our compatibility guidance.

We invest significantly in accurate product descriptions, sample pages, reader reviews, and detailed compatibility information to ensure every customer can make a fully informed purchasing decision before completing their order. We strongly encourage you to review all available product information prior to purchase.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Lingorica will issue a full refund in the following circumstances: the downloaded file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement; the content of the ebook is materially and demonstrably different from its published description; or a duplicate charge has been made in error.

Refund requests under this section must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date by emailing contact@lingorica.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting evidence where applicable (e.g. screenshots of a corrupted file or error message).

3. Download Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchased ebook, please contact us at contact@lingorica.com before requesting a refund. In most cases, download issues can be resolved quickly by reissuing your download link or providing an alternative delivery method. We will not process refund requests for download issues without first attempting to resolve the technical problem.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same title twice, please contact us at contact@lingorica.com within 7 days and we will issue a refund for the duplicate order. Please include both order numbers in your message.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@lingorica.com with the subject line ‘Refund Request — [Order Number]’. Include your order number, the title in question, and a clear explanation of your reason for requesting a refund. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to reach a resolution within 7 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

7. Disputes

We are committed to resolving all disputes in good faith. If you are unsatisfied with our response to your refund request, you may contact your payment provider to initiate their dispute resolution process. We will co-operate fully with any such process.
